    Our weekly menu opens every Friday and closes on Wednesday at 11:59 PM. Browse our delicious "Weekly Specials" and pick your favorite dishes and add-on products for the week ahead!
  2. Choose Your Delivery or Pickup Option (We currently deliver to these zip codes:30024, 30096, 30097, and 30518. A small one-time delivery fee applies to your order. If you live outside of our delivery area, No Problem! Please check, "Where Do We Deliver" below!).

  4. Confirmation & Delivery
    Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with all your order and delivery details. On Monday the following week, we'll bring your freshly prepared meals straight to your door between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM—just heat, eat, and enjoy!

For example, if you place your order on Friday, February 7th, your hot meal order—along with any add-ons—will be delivered on Monday, February 17th. You have six days to make changes or cancel your order, from Friday, February 7th, to Wednesday, February 12th, by midnight.

This option is perfect for those who prefer flexibility or want to save on delivery fees.

Is it Really Homemade?

Yes! We have 4 dedicated Japanese kitchen cooks that work hard every week to deliver healthy, homemade, and delicious food using all natural and local organic ingredients. We choose seasonal ingredients every week so you know you’re getting healthy and homemade food.

Where Do We Deliver?

We currently deliver to the following zip codes: 30024, 30096, 30097, and 30518. A small, one-time delivery fee will be added to your order.

Outside Our Delivery Area? No Problem!
You can still enjoy our meals by visiting at the Living Well Farmers Market in Suwanee. It is a STORE, where opens for 6 days a week! You'll find our delicious creations alongside other local organic specialties.

Our kitchen products are now available through Fresh Harvest, an online farmers' market that delivers to most areas across Georgia.

When will my delivery arrive?

Your first order will be delivered on Monday, the week after the ordering window closes (Friday to Wednesday at 11:59 PM ET). Please note that deliveries are made the following week, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Can I pick my food up instead of delivery?

Yes! We freshly prepare your order, freeze it for optimal quality, and deliver it to Living Well Farmers Market (400 Buford Hwy NE, Suite 1102, Suwanee, GA 30024).

You can pick up your order the following Friday between 12 PM and 6 PM at the store.

This option is great for those who prefer flexibility or want to save on delivery fees. Your meals will be kept frozen and ready for pickup at your convenience during the designated time.

Can I buy meals or products if I live outside the delivery area?

YES! You have two convenient options:

  1. Visit the Living Well Farmers Market in Suwanee, where we deliver freshly made and packed meals and products.
  2. Order through Fresh Harvest, an online farmers' market that partners with local, organic farmers to deliver fresh produce, meat, dairy, and more throughout Greater Atlanta and other areas in Georgia.

What is the order cut-off date?

Customize your order each week between Friday and Wednesday, 11:59PM ET to ensure you receive your menu choice.

When will I receive my meals?

Your meals will be delivered on your selected day, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, during the week following our order deadline, which is Wednesday at 11:59 PM ET.

Is the packaging eco-friendly and recyclable?

YES, all of our food containers are biodegradable and recyclable. For detailed information, please feel free to visit our partners at Green Paper Products and Eco Product.

What is the shelf life of the meals?

Meals stay fresh for 3 days stored in your refrigerator or you can freeze the meals up to 1 month.

Reheating options?

Transfer meal to cookware and heat on stovetop or in the microwave safe container provided.

Where can I review my order receipt?

Access your order history and delivery confirmation emails through your customer dashboard.
